Disability Key Scheme

National Key Scheme (Radar Keys)

The National Key Scheme (NKS) offers disabled people independent access to locked public toilets around the country. Toilets fitted with National Key Scheme (NKS) locks can now be found in shopping centres, pubs, cafés, department stores, bus and train stations and many other locations in most parts of the country. You can purchase RADAR keys from the following service points.

  • Wakefield DIAL sells RADAR keys, their contact details are here.
  • You can purchase a RADAR key online from Disability Rights UK.
  • Radar keys are available from the Customer Service Desk in The Ridings Shopping Centre.
