Through our work with the market, we will consistently review the existing services, using public health and adult social care data to project future changes to demand. Utilising this information, we will work to shape the market to meet future needs.

For out of framework commissioning, there is a transitional programme to move from spot purchasing to spot contracts, to better improve contract management and quality processes for these services.
