Our group provides fun and interactive services for people living with Dementia and their Carers. Fun games, singing, dancing and friendships are what Bless Community Support is all about. Having a chat and supporting each other over a coffee is simple but effective.
Our Mission at Bless is to uphold our community with a journey of friendships and support by providing integrated community services and programs to meet their physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
