Carers Cafe C.I.C

The Carers Cafe C.I.C. is a newly established service, created in 2021 with the aim of promoting the mental health and wellbeing of unpaid carers. We provide an online space where they can connect and share stories, support each other, learn to take care of themselves all from the comfort of their own homes. We also aim to help unpaid carers to balance work, caring and home life. We work to encourage businesses to better manage and retain unpaid carers in the workplace through awareness raising, group and one to one coaching.
