Crofton Community Centre

Crofton Community Centre hosts various activities for the local community. It is a meeting place for several user groups. It has indoor and outdoor sports facilities, including an artificial all weather floodlight pitch.

They also have someone called a Community Anchor, they are people who can support you to manage your health and wellbeing.

You may be referred to visit a community anchor by your GP as a non-medical intervention. This is for problems such as, loneliness, depression, or anxiety. However, you don’t need to be referred and are free to visit your local centre whenever you like.

Community anchors can often be found in your local church or community centre and provide a wide-range of opportunities to improve your wellbeing.
