We are a registered charity giving free, confidential, comprehensive advice and information by telephone, online and in person to those who contact us.
Our staff and volunteers who have personal experience of disability have unique skills and knowledge to help on a range of issues. We work to improve the health and wellbeing of those who need us and we have been doing so for over 30 years.
We help people to make informed choices and take control of their wellbeing.
Our advisers can give advice and information on eg- Disability benefits (PIP, ESA,DLA,AA and UC Limited capability for work claims.). Blue badge forms, Challenging adverse benefit decisions, Disability issues & rights,Adapted toilet keys,Reusable continence products, Portable ramp loan service.
Office opening times Monday to Thursday 10-12 then 1-4. Advice line opening times Mon to Thursday 10-12, 1-4.
