YPEP currently provides person-centred services for everyone including people with learning disability, autism and mental health needs. We also support people with physical disability and people with care and support needs, including people living with dementia. Our range of services for 0-25 years include Holiday Club (5-16), Creative Club (1-16), Mental Well-being Support (For ages 16-25), Short Breaks(0-17).We also provide Healthcare services ranging from Supported Living, Residential Care, Community Support, Respite Care and Domiciliary Care. We are proud of the quality of our accommodation schemes, many of which have been adapted to individual needs.
