Care to Talk

Care to Talk is a mental health drop in centre for people who suffer from mental health problems and need support. Its vision is to be an enlightening strength based project helping people feel better, make changes, be resilient and regain control of their lives. The project will provide friendship, staffed by people who have live experience of living with poor mental health.

Volunteering opportunities: programmes to help with recovery, peer support, health and wellness programmes and employability.

The project meets on a Friday 11:30-1:30pm.
