The Prince of Wales Hospice has put together a guide where you can keep all your important documents in one place. This is handy as you and others can quickly find all your important information without having to sort through lots of paperwork.

Thinking about where you would like to be looked after.

You might need to have a Lasting Power of Attorney in place to prepare for a time where you can no longer make decisions. You can choose someone you trust to deal with your property, finances, and health.
